Data handling

We store submitted contact, property or business energy information for human follow-up. Optional business bills are kept in private storage for the owner team and are not sent to installers or tariff providers through this website. Please redact bank or payment details before uploading. Marketing permission and installer introductions are separate optional choices. No tariff provider sharing or supplier switch takes place on submission. Guide requests are recorded separately. Enquiries are marked for retention review after two years; automatic deletion is not yet in place. Business bills are automatically removed after two years. Request a correction or withdrawal using your reference and email. A full approved privacy notice and dedicated controller contact still need to be published before live use.

To check that a property postcode exists and classify its area, we send the postcode alone to Postcodes.io. Where its locality is too broad, we use its coordinates with OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to identify the town. No name, phone number or email is sent to these services. Place names may be supplied by OpenStreetMap contributors.

Service scope

This is an advisory and enquiry service. The final contract, warranties and performance guarantees are between you and the installation company you choose. Independently verify certifications, insurance and hardware warranties before signing.
